Get the sleep support you need from the comfort of your home. Our virtual consultations will leave you feeling empowered with the confidence to implement new tools and strategies to promote sleep and settling for your baby.

Custom Sleep Plan

Both of our Sleep Support Packages include a personalised sleep plan which outlines the recommendations from your consultation. It also includes detailed steps for settling that reflect your unique parenting style.

Free App Support

Our Sleep Support Packages provide you access to a free app for tracking your babies sleep. You receive daily feedback from your consultant and can even continue to use the app at the conclusion of your support period.

Support Calls

The support calls are aimed to support the unique needs of your child. We use these to celebrate your successes, troubleshoot any difficulties and make any needed alterations to your sleep plan. This level of support will boost your confidence in achieving your sleep goals.
