How it works:
After purchasing a 30 minute consultation, you will be sent an email with details of the consultation process as well as a link to an online questionnaire. This comprehensive intake form is designed to give us a detailed overview of your child’s sleep situation and allow us to plan for our consultation. You will also be directed to our booking site to allow you to book in a time for your phone consultation.
We will then meet with you (and other carers where appropriate) to review your intake form, ask any clarifying questions and discuss our ideas for how you can achieve your sleep goals. In this consultation, you are encouraged to share details of your child’s temperament as well as your parenting style to allow us to offer advice best tailored to your unique needs and experiences.
You are encouraged to take notes during the consultation, as no summary or follow-up support is included.
